- The pickup and drop-off are available from hotels or private accommodations. We don’t offer airport pickups.
- The transfer timing can vary depending on the sunrise. Our team will share the exact timing one day before the activity.
- Shared transfers are available in a premium air-conditioned car. However, private options are available too.
- An in-flight storyteller will be there during the flight ride to share amazing unheard stories of the Dubai desert.
- The breakfast menu prepared features a head-turning theme of air, earth, fire, and water.
- Wear comfortable and loose-fitted clothes during summer as the desert gets warm. However, carry a warm jacket during winter.
- Online booking is best to grab your tickets before they become unavailable.
- Kids between 5 years and 11 years old must book separate child tickets.
- Clean and hygienic washrooms are available only at the breakfast oasis.
- Each four-wheeler can accommodate five people.
- In case of poor weather, we might cancel the activity for safety reasons. Get a full refund in case of cancellation or an alternate experience.
Timing
- The Signature Experience lasts for approximately five hours.
- Pickup is done between 3 am and 5 am. However, the schedule can change and our team will inform everyone accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations made 18 hours before the scheduled activity will attract zero charges.
- A 100% charge for all cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
- The refund amount is returned within seven business days.
Child Policy
- Children between 5 years and 11 years old must book child tickets.
- Others above 11 years old must book standard tickets.
