- Guests with back or knee pain or those who are recovering from surgery are advised to avoid going for dune bashing or quad biking or any other intense activity
- Those with serious heart ailments and pregnant women are also advised to refrain from participating
- Specially abled people are advised to exercise due caution
- Those with vertigo are also advised against participating
- The minimum and maximum ages allowed are 5 and 80 respectively
