- The pickup timing will depend on the season but the general timing is between 2 Pm and 4:30 PM.
- First, you will arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Booking needs to be at least three hours before the desert time.
- The cancellation is not subject to a refund.
- Any partially used, unused services or a no-show are not subject to refund.

- Below 5 years children have free-of-cost entry.
- There are child-rate tickets for five to eleven years old.
- The rest of the guests above eleven years old have standard rate tickets.
