Important Points to Note
- Kindly carry a valid ID in the form of a passport or Emirates ID to the location.
- The maximum number of people's accommodation on the hot air balloon is four.
- The booking is subject to the availability of the date and time.
- Before one day of taking the flight, you need to submit a signed waiver form.
- Transfers are available only from the center of Dubai, so confirm the location beforehand.
- The maximum weight limit for the activity is 119 kg. However, participants exceeding this limit will require approval from the pilot along with an extra charge.
- For safety reasons, we do not allow pregnant ladies, children younger than 5 years, and people above 85 years.
- If someone has suffered from serious heart problems or any injury or surgery in the last six months or has a height phobia, are not allowed for this activity.
- If you have any emotional or physical disabilities, mental health issues are not allowed for the flight.
- Guests have to pay a 100% no-show charge upon canceling the activity at the last moment. In that case, we won’t be providing any refund or alternate activity.
- Besides, please refrain from carrying heavy luggage on the flight.
- Furthermore, participants consuming alcohol or other illicit drugs must avoid flying.
- Make sure to wear comfortable clothes, preferably joggers or jeans with t-shirts. For footwear, go for comfy sneakers or boots and no high heels.
- In case of bad weather, the pilot can cancel the flight considering the guest's safety. However, we will provide an alternative schedule or issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
- The tickets once booked are not eligible for cancellation.
- However, if you do, it will be 100% chargeable (no refunds).
Child Policy
- Kids between 5 and 11 years old must book child tickets
- However, others above 11 years old must book standard tickets.
